Key Responsibilities

• Research various platforms and websites where job advertisements can be posted for free.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted job descriptions.
• Utilize social media, community boards, and other channels to promote job openings.
• Track the effectiveness of job advertisements and explore new avenues for outreach.
• Provide tips and best practices to companies for maximizing visibility without incurring costs.
• Maintain relationships with community organizations, universities, and other local partners to facilitate job postings.
• Compile reports on job advertisement performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a proactive attitude. Here are the qualifications we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, marketing, or a related area.
• Strong understanding of various free job posting platforms and their unique advantages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A network of contacts in recruitment or related fields would be a plus.
