Position Overview

We are currently seeking a variety of positions, including:

• Career Advisors: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to job seekers.
• Community Outreach Coordinators: Build relationships within Latino communities and facilitate workshops.
• Marketing Specialists: Promote our mission and job opportunities through various channels.
• Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day operations and maintain organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage with Latino job seekers.
• Facilitating workshops covering resume writing, interview skills, and networking strategies.
• Building partnerships with local businesses to create job opportunities for our candidates.
• Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and employer needs.
• Providing administrative support such as scheduling, data entry, and document management.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• A strong commitment to our mission of empowering Latino communities.
• Experience in community outreach, recruitment, or career counseling is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
