Position Overview

As a Survey Analysis Specialist, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to analyze survey data, identify insights, and provide strategic recommendations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a robust understanding of statistical methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement survey analysis frameworks to meet client objectives.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative survey data using statistical software such as SPSS, R, or Python.
Generate comprehensive reports highlighting key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure timely delivery of results.
Present findings to clients and internal teams in a clear and concise manner.
Monitor industry trends and remain up-to-date with survey methodologies and best practices.
Assist in the development of data visualization tools to enhance data presentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in survey analysis or data analysis roles (2+ years preferred).
Strong familiarity with survey analysis techniques and methodologies.
Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, Python, or equivalent).
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
