Current Job Vacancies

We are expanding our team and currently have the following positions available:

1. Care Assistants

As a Care Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Monitoring and recording changes in residents’ health and wellbeing.
• Supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality care.

Requirements: Previous experience in a care home setting is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

2. Registered Nurses

We are seeking compassionate and qualified Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care to our residents. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing residents’ medical conditions and developing care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervising Care Assistants and liaising with family members.
• Conducting regular health assessments and evaluations.

Requirements: Current nursing registration and experience in a care environment are essential.

3. Activity Coordinators

As an Activity Coordinator, you will plan and implement recreational activities that enhance the quality of life of our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Organizing group and individual activities that suit residents’ interests and abilities.
• Encouraging participant involvement from residents and their families.
• Monitoring participation and adapting activities to meet individual needs.

Requirements: Experience in gerontology or recreational therapy is a plus but not essential.
