Registered Nurse (RN) Hospital Position

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team at a leading hospital. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a variety of hospital settings, including Emergency Room, ICU, and Medical-Surgical Units.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, health history, and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring patients for side effects and reactions.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and post-discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare protocols and regulations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and improve patient outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered.
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or acute care setting is highly preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or PALS are a plus.
