Role Overview

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the management and delivery of projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for various projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses.
• Manage procurement processes and oversee contract management.
• Deliver financial reports to stakeholders and advise on financial viability.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Assist in advising clients on the selection of contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with budgets.
• Engage in dispute resolution and contract negotiations when necessary.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for our RICS Quantity Surveying jobs will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Membership or eligibility for membership with RICS.
• Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, such as JCT and NEC.
• Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
