Familiar with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting within the technology sector.
Strong knowledge of technical positions including software development, data engineering, cybersecurity, and related fields.
Experience with Boolean search techniques and other sourcing methods.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
