What We Are Looking For

We are eager to find a passionate and driven leader who meets the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in managing remote teams and conducting performance appraisals.
• Excellent hands-on knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills with the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
