Position Overview

As a Remote Auto Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the claims process from start to finish. You will work with clients who have experienced auto collisions, ensuring they receive the assistance they need while navigating the claims process. Your role will involve reviewing documentation, assessing damages, and coordinating with repair shops and other third parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process new claims submitted by clients.
• Evaluate damages and determine settlements based on policy coverage.
• Communicate effectively with policyholders, repair shops, and legal representatives.
• Negotiate settlements and ensure timely resolution of claims.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims files in our system.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the claims process.
• Stay current with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto claims management or similar roles.
• Proficiency in claims management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
