Role Overview

As a qualitative moderator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating discussions with various stakeholders, including consumers, industry experts, and focus groups. Your main objective will be to enable participants to share their thoughts and experiences freely, ensuring that the collected data is both rich and meaningful. You will work closely with our research teams to design discussion guides, analyze qualitative data, and present findings in a clear, compelling manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Individual Interviews: Conduct one-on-one interviews to explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of participants. Adapt your questioning style to suit each participant’s comfort level.
• Focus Groups: Lead group discussions, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages participation. Manage group dynamics to ensure quiet voices are heard.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in qualitative research, including focus group moderation and in-depth interviews.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex insights clearly and persuasively.
• Proficient in data analysis and familiar with various qualitative analysis software tools.
• Ability to create an inclusive environment that encourages participant engagement and expression.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
