Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in job searching, recruitment, or career coaching; at least two years preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Empathy and understanding of the job-seeking process and its challenges.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients’ needs effectively.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for job searches including social media, job boards, and job application software.
