Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in job searching, recruitment, or career coaching; at least two years preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Empathy and understanding of the job-seeking process and its challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients’ needs effectively.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for job searches including social media, job boards, and job application software.
