Job Responsibilities

As a Skilled Construction Worker, you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks that may include, but are not limited to:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Operating various construction tools and machinery safely and effectively.
• Assisting in the installation of building structures and fixtures.
• Carrying out demolition operations.
• Mixing, pouring, and leveling concrete.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work site.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
• Adhering to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a construction worker or similar role.
• Familiarity with a variety of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., WHMIS, First Aid) are an asset.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at different job sites.
