Role Overview
The role of a Junior Recruiter involves assisting in the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting initial interviews. You will play a crucial part in shaping the talent pipeline for our clients while gaining invaluable experience in the human resources field.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using various online platforms, job boards, and social media.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate fit and interest.

- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and following up with candidates throughout the interview process.

- Research market trends and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications
