Available Positions

Our clinic has several openings in various therapeutic roles, including:

• Physical Therapist: Work one-on-one with patients to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Occupational Therapist: Help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills they need for daily living and working.
• Rehabilitation Aide: Assist physical and occupational therapists with treatment preparations and patient care.
• Speech-Language Pathologist: Diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages.
• Wellness Coach: Support clients in reaching their health and wellness goals through experiential learning and tailored programs.

Key Responsibilities

As a member of our team in roles similar to physical therapy, you’ll be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting initial assessments to determine patient needs and establishing rehabilitation goals.
• Implementing treatment plans and adapting them as necessary based on patient progress.
• Keeping detailed patient records, including treatment responses and progress notes.
• Educating patients and their families on therapy techniques and exercises they can practice at home.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

To be successful in roles such as these, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field.
• State licensure or certification in your area of expertise.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent patient care.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus, but not mandatory for all positions.
