Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.
  • Create clear, concise, and compelling job descriptions that attract top talent.
  • Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and company website.
  • Optimize job postings for SEO to ensure maximum visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of job postings to continuously improve strategy.
  • Communicate with candidates, addressing inquiries and providing information about job opportunities.
  • Develop recruitment marketing strategies to enhance employer brand and attract diverse candidates.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for recruitment. Here are the qualifications we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or relevant marketing roles.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a proven ability to engage both passive and active candidates.
  • Familiarity with various job posting platforms and social media channels.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to refine job posting strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
