Position Overview

As an Individual Workstation Specialist, you will be responsible for the analysis, setup, and maintenance of individual workstations across our offices. Your main goal will be to ensure that each employee has the tools and environment needed to perform their tasks efficiently. You will work closely with IT and office management to facilitate a seamless work experience for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of current workstation setups and recommend improvements.
• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Provide on-site technical support for workstation issues.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of workstations with existing systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to workstation configurations and procedures.
• Participate in the design and layout of new office spaces to maximize productivity.
• Maintain inventory of workstation parts and ensure all equipment is up to date.
• Train staff on workstation best practices and software usage.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in workstation support, IT support or a related field.
• Strong understanding of operating systems such as Windows and macOS.
• Familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
