Job Overview

As an In-House Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in building our team and contributing to our overall business strategy. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to fill various positions within our organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and determine the best recruitment strategies.
  • Create and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms to attract candidates.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social media, job boards, and networking events).
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and, when necessary, coordinate in-person interviews.
  • Assist hiring managers in evaluating candidates and facilitate interview processes.
  • Provide a great candidate experience by ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and hiring progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an in-house role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidates effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
