Your Role

• Managing recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
• Facilitating employee onboarding and orientation.
• Promoting employee development through performance management, training, and mentoring programs.
• Addressing employee relations issues and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Monitoring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Analyzing HR metrics to improve processes and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of human resources practices. Additional requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) is a plus.
