Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Google Sourcer to join our growing team. This role is integral to identifying and attracting top talent for both internal roles and our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing a variety of platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
• Develop engaging outreach messages that resonate with potential candidates, leading to increased engagement and responses.
• Leverage advanced search techniques and tools to identify and assess high-quality candidates across diverse industries.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles, aligning sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Maintain a thorough database of candidates, tracking interactions and updates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Attend job fairs, industry events, and networking sessions to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging sourcing technologies to enhance the effectiveness of sourcing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using sourcing tools and technologies, including Google for sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
