About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on a wide range of issues, including intellectual property, contracts, and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law and a member in good standing in relevant jurisdictions.
• 5+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment, ideally with technology or internet companies.
• Strong understanding of intellectual property law, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex legal issues effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of distilling complex legal concepts for diverse audiences.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with various departments and stakeholders.
