Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor computerized cutting machines and CAD software used for garment design.
• Input and process design specifications, patterns, and measurements into the system.
• Ensure accurate cutting of fabrics following production orders.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to optimize patterns and layouts.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies throughout the production process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training in garment technology is a plus.
• Proficiency in CAD software and garment manufacturing technology.
• Previous experience in garment production or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime when necessary.
