Position Overview

The Data Process Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing data processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our data handling systems. You will work closely with data analysts and other stakeholders to ensure that our data processing operations meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing data processing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement data processes that enhance efficiency, reliability, and throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting efforts.
• Ensure data integrity by monitoring and validating data input and output processes.
• Develop documentation for data processing protocols and create user guides for team members.
• Provide training and support to staff on data processing tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data processing or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
