What You’ll Do

As a part of the community access team, your responsibilities will include:

Providing information and assistance to community members seeking access to available resources.
Developing relationships with local organizations, service providers, and stakeholders to create a network of support.
Conducting outreach activities to promote our services and engage the community.
Designing and implementing workshops and training sessions to educate community members on accessing resources effectively.
Working collaboratively with individuals to create personalized plans for accessing services that align with their needs.
Maintaining accurate records of interactions and services provided, using our data management systems.

Who You Are

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess the following qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in social work, community development, public health, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience working in community service, social work, or a related field is ideal.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others navigate challenges in accessing community resources.
Basic computer skills and competency in data entry, as well as familiarity with case management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative spirit.
