Available Positions

We currently have several coffee shop job positions open to candidates who are passionate about coffee and customer service. Below are the details of each position available:

1. Barista

As a barista, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing coffee and espresso beverages to perfection, adhering to our recipes and standards.
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel welcome and valued.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including equipment and service areas.
• Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Engaging customers and sharing knowledge about our products to enhance their experience.

2. Shift Supervisor

In the role of Shift Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations during your shift, ensuring a positive experience for customers and staff.
• Training and mentoring new baristas, sharing your expertise and passion for coffee.
• Assisting the management team in inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.

3. Cashier

As a cashier at Coffee Haven, your tasks will include:

• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Creating an inviting atmosphere at the register, greeting customers with a friendly demeanor.
• Assisting customers with product selections and making recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the front counter and seating area.
• Supporting baristas during peak hours for a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who suit our coffee shop culture. The ideal candidates should have:

• Prior experience in a café or food service setting is a plus, but not mandatory.
• A passion for coffee and willingness to learn more about our offerings.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
