Position Overview

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be key in producing high-quality parts and components according to our strict specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines by selecting and installing the proper tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job specifications.
• Monitor operations during machining to ensure correct speeds, feeds, and tolerances.
• Conduct quality control checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems encountered during production.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with CNC programming (G-code, M-code) is highly desirable.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes and precision measurement instruments.
