Position Summary

The Clerk Encoder will primarily be responsible for entering, verifying, and managing data in our systems to support our operational objectives. This position requires a meticulous individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy in data entry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data into our database and other relevant systems.
  • Review and validate data to ensure integrity and consistency.
  • Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing physical and electronic files.
  • Collaborate with other team members to support various administrative functions.
  • Communicate any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Clerk Encoder position should possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position with standard working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Employees are expected to work in an office environment that fosters teamwork and dialogue.
