Position Overview
The Administration for Community Living Jobs role will involve a variety of administrative tasks that support our programs and services. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks.
- Provide support for program coordinators and service providers, including scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining records.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations related to community living services.
- Support the development and implementation of community initiatives that enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including government agencies, service providers, and community organizations.
- Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries from clients, families, and other professionals in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in community living and administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a non-profit or community services setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management systems.
- Strong understanding of community living services, disability rights, and relevant legislation is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
