Position Overview

As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to our customers, preparing their favorite beverages, and creating an inviting atmosphere. Your main focus will be to ensure that every guest leaves our cafe with a smile, a great cup of coffee, and a desire to return.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service, addressing all customer needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, including the coffee station and seating areas.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and productive workspace.
• Assist in the training of new staff members on cafe policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who not only love coffee but also possess a friendly demeanor and a willingness to engage with customers. The ideal candidate will have:

• A passion for coffee and knowledge of various brewing methods.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a cafe or coffee shop.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
