Job Responsibilities
As a Swiss screw machine operator, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up and operating Swiss-style CNC machines
- Interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings
- Conducting quality inspections using precision measuring tools
- Performing routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborating with team members to enhance production processes
- Adhering to safety protocols and manufacturing standards
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in operating Swiss screw machines (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals

Work Schedule
