1. Line Cook

Location: City Center Restaurant

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and cooking of menu items in accordance with recipes and standards.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Assisting with inventory management and food storage.
• Collaborating with chefs and kitchen staff for menu creation and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a cook or chef in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Culinary degree preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work standing for long periods and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.

2. Server

Location: Ocean View Bistro

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders.
• Setting and clearing tables, as well as preparing for guest arrivals.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.

3. Host/Hostess

Location: Downtown Grill

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and seating guests promptly and courteously.
• Managing reservations and waitlists efficiently.
• Providing menus and information about specials.
• Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the entry area.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A welcoming demeanor and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
