Key Responsibilities

As a Hospital Computer Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and managing hospital information systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
• Inputting patient information into electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Assisting in the maintenance and troubleshooting of hospital computer systems and software.
• Running reports and data analysis to support various departments.
• Coordinating with IT staff to implement system updates and resolve technical issues.
• Training and supporting healthcare staff on the use of information systems.
• Adhering to hospital policies regarding data security and patient privacy.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in computer science or healthcare administration is a plus.
• Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
